The Blue Music – New Video “The Well”

We spent our weekend making a home video to submit to NPR’s Tiny Desk contest. We will stand out for being the “mature” submission, for sure!  We chose a song that we both love dearly called “The Well”, which is very rootsy and neo-traditional ( I had to google it myself). We shot around Ventura county on back roads and in the charming town of Fillmore which inspires you to feel…neo-tradional!  Here it is, hope you enjoy it!

The Blue Music at the Tucson Folk Festival!

The Blue Music is back in the Old Pueblo and had a great time performing at the Tucson Folk Festival. We filled the band out to include Troy James Martin on bass, Connie Brannock on cajon and our good friend Eric Schaffer on guitar. We had a great and very enthusiastic crowd! Here are a few pictures. thanks, J&S
